As many of you know, John and I are getting married in the fall (weeee) and we'll be hosting a wedding social May 10th in support of the big event. Here's the scoop!
When? May 10th from 9pm-LATE
Where? Sun Centre (formerly the Blue and Gold Room) on Maroons Road
How Much? $10 (CHEAP!!!!!)
Music will be parentally-friendly and provided by the one and only Adam Scott from 9-11. AFTER WHICH from 11pm until ??????? the drunken dj-fest will ensue, featuring (however not limited to) such suspects as:
Khemlab
Dizz
Disco Kitty
Dubbz
Adam Scott
and more........
As well, socials are the best place to win free shit! We've already got prizes lined up including Bomber Tickets, Goldeyes tickets, and awesome prize packs from all sorts of local stores. Who knows, maybe we'll auction of a DJ lesson with the Crown Boys! :headphones:
Tickets can be obtained from John or myself, and also from Denny (Dizz) or Pam, and Shael (Disco Kitty).

OK. Thank GOD someone realizes that there is more to social music than boot scootin' boogie. At least after 11. That ALONE makes me want to give you my 10$, along with a prize ribbon for not being horrible. 7^$&^$)*$#%$#^%#*
p.s. I'm not the Pam with the tickets obviously, some new internet people don't realize I'm not 'Denny's Pam" or "Pammerz" .

well if it was up to us it would ALL be goodness, but alas, since my parents are major supporters....
though there is a strict list of what WILL NOT be heard ;) hehehe
also, can the ribbon be pink??

lol i heard an old school 1950's version of boot scoot n boogie the other night and got a good drunken laugh about it. my roommate and i enjoyed it thoroughly.
anyway, back to the subject at hand..
I don't think I would let Adam play that :P
But from what im hearing this is going to go till late and its going to be one hell of a party.
Was at the venue checking stuff out this weekend and I must say, noone should miss this. Its not everyday we get to party in a venue like this :)

YAY we were at the social venue yesterday, it's awesome in there! nice view of the football field too, wh00t!
this social is seriously going to rock, lots of sweet tunes will be played and lots of funky prizes to be won!!
you can find me at NV this saturday and next saturday to buy tickets! ;)
