there's a fairly wide variety. There'll be House, Electro, Drum n Bass, Trance, Psy, Techno. And there's a pretty good chance about half my set will include some breaks. Seems to be a little bit of something for everyone I think.

its really too bad that this city targets out of towners and breaks into cars. can you imagine driving down hwy #1 to saskatoon in this weather only to have your car broken into and your RECORDS stolen. thats a fate worse than death.

yeah. i was there when we found out what happened. apparently this happens all the time in that parking lot. so basically anyone going to the keg on mcgillvary by lindedwoods, don't leave anything in your car. there are signs all over the place telling you not to leave things in your car.
it sucks so bad that this had to happen.
but on a positive note the party was pretty fun. being a turquoise alien was probably one of my favorite costumes(i'm still greenish in places even after i showered!:P) and all in all it was a good crowd.
those robots with lasers kicked ass, by the way.

shitty deals about Jake's records being stolen. It makes me think "Hey, thanks for coming to play at the party, now I'm gonna go break into your car and steal your records and stuff..."

the break in occured while they were having supper at the new keg i believe. not at the party. still shitty, but at least it wasn't related to the party... :cussing:

ugh.. wtf. when my family came in for my wedding in september my cousin was parked in the parkade beside the hotel (marlborough downtown) and her car got broken into and shit got stolen. i was just like "yeah dude welcome to winnipeg."

i've never lived in a city where you go to the parking lot and at least 80% of the cars have clubs on the wheels.. i was like wtf is up with this place
