I liked it alot. Great energy, good and driving, and uplifting but not overly fluffy. The mixing was pretty tight, I give you a kudos for that cos after two years I still find it a challange to mix trance properly.

The best part was at the 35 min mark where it really picked up energy, that track is amazing as well as the one that follows it.

After that the high end is a bit to prevelent and I would have prefered a little more variation in that part of the music, though I really like the song at around the 54 min mark, it's great.

As you expressed in the Sparta mix thred about the volumes I could barely notice, but it was there. Over all a valiant effort sir Crono :headphones:

ya that one after the 35 mark you were talking about (comes in at 39:26) is one of my fav tracks on the mix. Same with at 54 min, this one is actually a perfect example of a track that was EQ'd "properly" according to the mixer but despite that the bass was still much quieter then the previous track. Oh well, as long the mix is still enjoyable to listen to.

Nice mix, definately upped the tempo a bit from the usual stuff you play. I don't mind some of the old hard dance/ hard house they used to produce but nowadays it just doesn't seem the same. Maybe I just grew out of it. Good mix of stuff here though!

Ya this is definitly different then the norm for me, however I wanted to branch out a bit to show versatility. It was a spontaneous decision (hence the name "Impulse"). I'll be doing another mix soon that has a more Trancey feel to it.

For the record I pulled down the original file from djnation and attempted to Normalize it a little bit to help with some of the levels. The end result is better, in my opinion, whether it's worth a new download or not however I'll leave that up to you.

love the new mix crono. nice n' hard n' driving. sounds kinda new for you, eh? I haven't heard a ton of your stuff, but I'm used to you player much slower, less driving music. Whenever the transition started, I like the new style. Kudos man.
