I think this is a great idea, but I'm not too sure how hard it is to implement. Basically if someone posts in a thread it looks like normal. But if someone (or a bunch of people) replies to a particular post, those replies are in a collapsable section underneath the original post. (The original post does no0t have to bee the first post in the thread)
To get a sense of what I'm talking about check out any post on Lifehacker:

I guess another way to put it would be that it follows the model of Gmail instead of hotmail.
Of course, this feature should be OPTIONAL, so if someone wants to view all posts in chronilogical order like it is now, they can keep it that way.
So how hard is this? Anyone else like the idea?
