Who here loves em...
Im all about shortcuts, and surprisingly enough, i just found out that F2 on a windows machine was the shortcut to rename a file.
Share some of your fav's and some rarer ones you know.
i use ALT tab all the time to switch between apps, Ctrl F4 to close a window within an ap.
and now since im cleaning up my library of tvshows, im using F2 like a madman.
i have always been a big fan of WIN+D to minimize every window and WIN+R to pop up the run box.

WIN+M will also minimize windows, but if you are copying files it wont minimize those tasks.... WIN+R is a good one i use as well.

WIN+D
neat. I use win+m to achieve the same thing. i also use alt tab all the time. aside from that i don't use too many key commands. in logic on the other hand its all about the key commands. key commands for everything.
RAD THREAD.
I use keyb shortcuts all the tamz.
I can use a windows pc without a mouse no problem. Pretty much any function you can do with the mouse you can do with the keyboard, FASTER.
For Windows that are NOT maximized for instance, i'll use ALT + SPACE BAR + X to maximize the window. Or to go back to the windowed mode, ALT + SPACE BAR + R
You can do MOVE and SIZE functions via the ALT + SPACE bar as well.
I'll post more as they come to me.

You use all these on a regular basis?:elmo: We all could have posted lists from the internet, was more looking for favs that people use that are not all that common.

i use these daily:
alt tab
alt f4
start break - system properties
start r - run command. you really need this in vista/7/2k8 as there is no run command in the start menu by default
start l to lock pc
shift delete to remove file completely
i also use ncpa.cpl to get to network connections and appwiz.cpl to remove programs
also gpedit.msc and secpol.msc..etc
really i use the mouse as little as possible

Its 4:40 AM and i'm posting about favourite short cuts.. lots have been mentioned but two of my favs I haven't seen yet:
Windows Explorer: Windows Key + E
Screenshot of currently active Window: ALT + PrtScn
Another one that isn't always known is that if you have a Windoze error you can use CTRL+Copy with the error window active to copy the error. Sure beats typing it out manually or taking a screenshot!
